Exercise is the ONLY thing shown to slow the progression of Parkinson's.
And most folks either haven't gotten started yet and need a little nudge...
Or they got started but aren't challenging themselves enough to see the real fruit.
We can help.

This option is very hands-off, making it perfect for the one who just wants something simple to follow, or needs a change of pace from their usual routine.
My name is Kaitlin (Cordova) Williams. I have been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2019, and started Next Level Movement in 2021.
From a young age, I knew that I wanted to help people feel better, stay better, and live better. Being a physical therapist has allowed me to come alongside some amazing people and be their guide through uncertain times, and lead them into better days that will last for years.
I have a special interest in helping people with Parkinson's. I have no personal connection to the disease, but God put it on my heart and I cannot — will not — ignore it.
Following this passion has led me to become a certified therapist with PWR!Moves; I was also previously a certified provider of LSVT BIG. I use the research behind both of them to bring highly specialized care to the Parkinson's population in Lexington. I also have the honor of leading a weekly exercise class for the Bluegrass Parkinson's Alliance here in Lexington.
When I'm not seeing patients or leading exercise classes, you can usually find me waltzing on the ballroom dance floor, working out in the gym, or plotting in the garden section of Lowe's. (If you caught that last pun, then you've learned another thing about me.)
